Google Ads Specialist (Lead Generation – B2B Staffing)
About the Role
CornerStone Technology Talent Services is looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to lead and manage high-performance ad campaigns focused on B2B lead generation. This role is not about attracting job seekers—instead, you’ll be connecting our staffing solutions with key business leaders, HR professionals, and decision-makers across various industries.
With a monthly ad budget of $15,000–$20,000, you’ll develop, optimize, and oversee campaigns that drive qualified leads while continuously improving performance. This is a contract position with the flexibility to work remotely or on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage Google Search ad campaigns to target business decision-makers and HR professionals.
Use detailed audience targeting, leveraging in-market, affinity, and custom audiences for maximum impact.
Implement negative keyword strategies to filter out irrelevant traffic and improve lead quality.
Monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids and budgets to maximize conversions.
Track and report key metrics, including form submissions, phone calls, and landing page engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and web teams to refine landing pages for better lead capture and user experience.
What You Bring
Essential Qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing Google Ads Search campaigns.
A proven track record in lead generation and B2B advertising.
Strong knowledge of audience segmentation and negative keyword optimization.
Hands-on experience with conversion tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, GA4, etc.).
Ability to analyze campaign data and provide clear, actionable insights.
A self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry.
Google Ads Certifications.
Familiarity with competitive analysis tools like SEMrush, SpyFu, or SimilarWeb.
Strong collaboration skills to work with designers, content creators, and developers.
