About the Role
As SEO Manager, you will own and drive Solace’s SEO strategy, ensuring our brand ranks at the top for high-impact keywords. You understand Google’s algorithm inside and out and know what it takes to dominate competitive search results. This role is a high-visibility opportunity, reporting to the Head of Growth and collaborating directly with the CEO on key projects.
Location: Remote (U.S. only)
What You’ll Do
- Lead Solace’s SEO strategy, managing the process end-to-end to maximize organic search performance.
- Identify and execute strategies to rank for high-intent keywords in a competitive space.
- Take full ownership of SEO initiatives, from planning to execution.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to implement SEO-driven solutions.
- Continuously refine strategies based on analytics, user behavior, and Google’s evolving algorithms.
- Balance strategy with hands-on implementation, whether leading a project team or executing tasks yourself.
What We’re Looking For
- At least two years of SEO experience in a consumer-facing company.
- Strong execution mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to turn SEO plans into tangible results.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Startup experience is a plus, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to change.
