About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Lead to join our eCommerce team. You will develop and execute SEO strategies that improve organic search visibility, increase rankings, and drive business growth. This role requires strong expertise in SEO best practices, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead optimization efforts, work closely with marketing and development teams, and ensure that SEO is at the core of our digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities.
- Optimize on-page and off-page SEO, including link building and technical SEO.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to integrate SEO best practices.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues in partnership with engineering teams.
- Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to improve SEO performance.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 6+ years in SEO, with a strong focus on eCommerce.
- SEO Expertise: Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and optimization strategies.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
- Communication: Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Experience with web, mobile, social, and eCommerce platforms.
